Medical Outreach
Guatemala Rising works alongside trusted medical and ministry partners to help expand access to needed healthcare in Guatemala. Through medical and surgical mission teams, we help provide skilled volunteers, supplies, equipment, and resources that strengthen the work already being done by local partners.
Our goal is not simply to provide care for a week, but to support effective ministries and healthcare providers as they serve their communities and create opportunities to demonstrate the love of Jesus Christ.
Education & Technology
Guatemala Rising partners with Christian schools and ministries to expand educational opportunities through technology. We help identify practical ways that Chromebooks, reliable internet access, and online learning resources can strengthen classrooms and give students access to opportunities beyond their local community.
Our goal is to provide technology that teachers and students can use effectively and sustainably, while strengthening schools that are already making a Gospel-centered difference in the lives of children and families.
Sustainable Family Projects
Guatemala Rising works with local ministry partners to identify practical, sustainable projects that help families improve their quality of life and build better futures for generations to come. We seek opportunities that can strengthen family health, nutrition, economic stability, and self-sufficiency.
Our chicken coop program is one example—providing families with chickens, housing, feed, equipment, and training to help create an ongoing source of food and potential income. We are also exploring home water treatment solutions and other projects that can address everyday needs and create lasting benefits for families.
As these efforts grow, our goal is to listen to our local partners, identify opportunities together, and develop practical solutions that strengthen families while creating lasting relationships and opportunities for Gospel ministry.
